Beginning therapy, whether it’s your 1st or 10th time, can be filled with a variety of feelings ranging from fear to excitement. Therapy can access deep pain that we may have avoided feeling due to fear, an overwhelming present and a happier and more fulfilling future. As therapists, it is our hope to guide, support, empower and be with you through this process of growth, exploration and discomfort.
