Resource for Better Understanding and Discussing Sex, Sexuality and Desire

Many of the individuals, couples and multiple-partner relationships we work with don't always feel comfortable or “experienced" in discussing desire, what they like, don’t like, and what they can are open to considering when it comes to sex and desire. Many have been taught there is a certain way to have sex, or to not explore their own desires, that certain desires mean negative meanings about them and struggle to have a more open and exploratory approach to desire.

Autostraddle made a great resource that can help you take ownership and agency over your sexuality and desire by knowing what you want or don’t want and/or 2) help facilitate a conversation between people about sex, sexuality and desire. It’s called the Yes/No/Maybe List!

We recommend the list for individuals, couples and multi-partner relationships!
