We are often expected to hold the weight of the world, others, and ourselves at the same time, which can be very exhausting. Therapy is a place where you can just exhale and solely talk about you. It is both a beautiful and challenging journey and through both of those dimensions, I will ensure you an environment that is safe, non-judgemental, vibrant, warm, and even fun as we discover and explore ‘you’ together.
