Connection, with ourself and others, is so important for humans and an important part of the healing journey. But connecting to yourself and others can be difficult without the proper tools and mindset. Therapy is the beautiful opportunity to grow those tools and get curious about your mind, away from shame or stigma. Everyone deserves to find self-love and self-acceptance.

About Emily

I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist and sex therapist working with individuals and relationships. I approach my life and my client’s with curiosity, empathy, and lightness. The healing journey is serious work, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be filled with joy and humor. We are all complex beings. My background in clinical social work helps me to look at the whole person, including your mind, relationships, and environment.

Working with Emily

My goal is to co-create an affirming space that allows you to open up and get curious about yourself. Together we will explore topics, such as shame, guilt, communication, anxiety, depression, and examine their roots. Through unpacking the past and present, we can notice patterns and opportunities for growth and change. Everyone is different, I take an individualized and integrative approach incorporating varied treatments, and together we will collaborate on what works for you. Ultimately, I want to help you embrace your strengths and meet your goals.
